These Terms of Use (Terms) outline the rules and expectations for accessing and using the C2C Ride platform and services. By continuing to use our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using any of our services.

C2C Ride provides licensed passenger transport by luxury motor vehicles, headquartered in Wasl village al qusais industrial area 5, Dubai. Our services include:

• •Fixed Transfers: Pre-defined routes (e.g., airport, hotel, intercity).
• •Hourly Chauffeur: Time-based vehicle hire with a trained executive driver.

These can be booked in two ways: Instant Ride (on-demand requests for immediate pick-up) or Advance Booking (scheduled rides for a later time or date).

1. Operator & Licensing:

All transportation services offered through the C2C Ride platform are operated under a valid commercial license registered in the UAE. Services are legally operated under the name GG Passenger Transport by Luxury Motor Vehicles, holding Trade License Number: 1246413, based in Wasl village al qusais industrial area 5, Dubai.

2. Eligibility to Use:

To access our platform and services, you must:

• •Be 18 years or older.
• •Be legally eligible to enter binding agreements.
• •Provide accurate account and contact information.
• •Accept full responsibility for all activity carried out through your account.

1. Transfers:

Direct point-to-point rides ideal for airport pickups/drop-offs, city travel, and intercity journeys. Includes:

• •15 minutes complimentary waiting time for regular pickups.
• •60 minutes complimentary waiting time after flight landing for airport pickups.

Additional charges may apply for: extended waiting time beyond the grace period, route changes or stopovers, or special luggage requiring upgraded vehicles.

2. Hourly Chauffeur:

Flexible travel within the city on a time-based basis. Great for meetings, errands, or events:

• •Minimum booking: 3 hours.
• •Maximum daily limit: 14 hours.
• •Coverage: Unlimited kilometers within the pickup city (subject to usage policy).

1. Instant Ride:

• •Driver typically arrives within 30 to 60 minutes.
• •If a driver is not assigned within 60 minutes, the booking is auto-cancelled with a full refund.
• •Cancellations after driver dispatch may incur a fee.

2. Advance Booking:

• •Must be scheduled at least 1 hour in advance.
• •Can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.

3. User Guidelines:

Keep your login credentials confidential, be punctual at the pickup location, and use our services respectfully. No smoking, illegal substances, or inappropriate behavior. Always wear seat belts and treat drivers and vehicles respectfully.

4. Pricing & Payment:

Transparent, fixed pricing shown before booking confirmation. Payment options include Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and authorized digital wallets. Receipts are sent electronically after each completed trip.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• •Instant Rides: No fee if cancelled within 5 minutes and a driver has not been dispatched.
• •Advance Bookings: Free cancellation allowed more than 24 hours before pickup.

2. Platform-Initiated Cancellations:

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your ride, the booking will be cancelled and fully refunded to the original payment method. Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the ride.

4. Customer-Entered Booking Details Disclaimer:

When a customer makes a booking directly through our website and inputs personal or ride details (such as pickup location, time, contact info, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to review and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. C2C Rides shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, delays, or missed rides resulting from incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer at the time of booking.

5. Code of Conduct & Safety:

Maintain polite and lawful behavior at all times. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe actions may result in immediate booking cancellation by the driver.

6. Platform Disclaimer:

C2C Ride is a platform that facilitates the booking of licensed passenger transport services by luxury motor vehicles. We are not liable for delays due to extreme traffic, weather conditions, or items lost/left in vehicles.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from use of the C2C Ride platform will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

To ensure fairness and operational excellence, the following maximum kilometer allowances apply:

• •Hourly Bookings: The maximum allowance is 60 km per hour.
• •10-Hour Bookings: The maximum allowance is 600 km.
• •City Tours (Half Day): The maximum allowance is 300 km.
• •City Tours (Full Day): The maximum allowance is 600 km.
